Xcellent specializes in accesible web design in the Costa del Sol

To be accessible, web pages and sites must conform to certain accessibility principles.

According to Wikipedia, these can be grouped into the following main areas:

* use hyperlinks that makes sense when read out of context. (e.g. avoid “Click Here.”)
* don’t use frames
* use CSS rather than HTML Tables for layout.
* author the page so that when the source code is read line-by-line by user agents

Even tough web site development has been around for many years, not all web designers follow this rules. This specially applies when to web site development in Malaga
I have seen many competitors use too many frames and tables for their layouts.
I would not recommed using frames either since this makes it SEO unfriendly and will penalize your customers.
